Shemot
There is a new book called "Beyond Courage", written byDoreen Rapaport which tells how some people went to extraordinary lengths to save Jews during the Shoah. Some stories will be familiar, some will probably be new to the reader, all are powerful and inspirational.
Talking about Shifrah and Puah in this week's parsha leads naturally to discussion of others in our history who have played a similar role.
